BreedQuest started with a simple frustration: you meet a wonderful dog at the park, you'll never know what it was, and you'll never see it again. So we made the moment collectible.
What we're building
A free app that identifies any dog, turns it into a beautiful card, and teaches you its story — wrapped in a game that makes every walk a small adventure. Underneath, each scan adds an anonymous data point to the first living map of the dogs we share our lives with.
How we stay free
Respectful, opt-in ads and honest affiliate partnerships — clearly labelled, editorially chosen. We will never sell your pet's data or paywall your own records. That's not a slogan; it's the architecture.
Where we're headed
Dogs first, then cats, then every paw. 200 breeds, then the long tail of mixes that make up most of the real world. A collection anyone can start, for free, with a phone they already own.
