How it works: blocks can't be rotated — what you're dealt is what you place. Clear several lines at once for a combo; clear on back-to-back moves to build a streak.
Drag blocks onto the board — no rotating. Fill a whole row, column or 3×3 square and it vanishes, making room for more. When nothing fits any more, the party's over.
There is no next-piece preview and no rotating, so the only defence is space. Clear from the middle out rather than the edges in, and leave the awkward 3×3 corners open for the shapes that only fit there. Most games end the same way: three long bars arrive in a row and there is nowhere flat left to put them.
