Slide & Seek

Slide the tiles to put the picture back together — fewest moves wins. The gap ends bottom right.

Solve it row by row and never touch what you have finished: place the top row and the left column first, lock them in your head, and treat the rest as a smaller puzzle. The last two tiles of a row are the awkward pair, and the trick is to put them in the wrong order on purpose, then rotate them into place from below.
